I wrote this monologue as a second potential piece to use for youtube. Yeah, lame i know. I'm a freak. Whatever im going to coheed tonight i dont ever care :)
"I had sex with my best friend yesterday. Believe me. It's not as easy as it sounds. We always hang out at night, drive in his car, go places, see stuff, get coffee, y'know... just talk about stuff. Last night was different though. His voice sounded deeper, and much more sure of himself than normal. I was wearing the cutest little tank top that I had just bought the day before... pink with little beaded flowers along the neck line. Black shorts, the kind that you have to try to tug down when the principal walks by so he doesn't notice that they're ridiculously short. But all of a sudden, we made a turn that we've never made before. Stopped. Keys pull quickly out of the ignition, the engine hums as it dies down. I chuckled softly as I pulled down the mirror to fix my hair. What are you doing? I said, rolling my eyes. Before I knew it we were in his back seat making out. And it's not like this hasn't happened with us before. I feel like practically everyone has had at least one awkward sexual experience with their best friend. But now I feel my cute little pink top being tugged off, tossed onto the floor of his back seat. And then it just happened, you know? I was swept away by the kindness in his eyes, in his touch... And as my breaths began to get shorter and deeper, I stopped. Turned away from his kiss. I really want some coffee, I said. In a moment it was done. And then we went."
