Relay For Life & Song Spotlight: Play Crack the Sky

SO relay for life was last night. I had a lot of fun walking around the track at my high school, eating and chilling with my friends. i ended up walking almost 4 miles during the event, and our group raised, in total, over $2500. Last night, my friends and I must've played Apples to Apples for like two whole hours. then i slept outside in a sleeping bag for three hours before being woken up at 5:30 in the morning to be driven home. I slept until two in the afternoon. Though Relay was most certainly a tiring event to attend, I really would like to participate in this event again, maybe at my college next year.

By the way, this is my song spotlight for this Saturday. I really like Brand New, (if you didnt know already...) and I absolutely love this song. It has such a sad story of two lovers who die together in a storm on a ship, but it also has a deeper meaning that describes the difficulty of letting go of someone who you love and the stages one goes through when one loses a loved one.
